Fiber is very essential to your weightloss people with high fiber intakes loses weight at a much faster rate than those with low fiber intakes. The daily fiber recommendations for women is 25-30 grams a day and for men 30-35 grams a day. This may sound hard to accomplish but there are many supplements out there to increase your intake. Fiber supplements come in many different forms such as powdered mixes to be added to water, also fiber flavor packets for adding flavor to your water while getting addidtional fiber,snack bars, and cerials. Whole grains are also a wonderful way to increase your fiber intake along with fiber enriched yogurts that are available.

  • Spicy foods 
  Yes believe it or not studies have shown that people that adds hot peppers and hot sauce to their meals benefit from an increased metabolism. When you eat spicy foods it causes your body to heat up and burn calories at a faster rate. So at a little spice to your meals to get a little kick to your weightloss.

  •  Fish
Yes of all thigs fish is a great weightloss booster. I bet your are thinking what can eating fish do for my weightloss. When you eat fish it boost your metabolism and can burn an additional 400 calories a day. Talking about a great weightloss booster be sure and add fish to your daily diet to keep your metablolism up to full speed.

  • Tomatoes

Lycopene boost your metabolism and also helps rid your body of stored fat, so be sure and include tomatoes in your daily diet.

  •  Blueberries
Blueberries is another great wegihtloss food. Blueberries are ranked the highest food containing antioxidants. They also contain a lot of fiber so that you can boost your fiber intake. Be sure and stock up on blueberries and get your wegihtloss moving!
